We collect information you provide (e.g. phone number, name, profile details, emergency contacts) and data generated by your use of the app (e.g. ride participation, location during rides when you enable it, ratings).

How we use it

We use this information to provide the service (matching you with rides, showing your profile to organizers and other participants), to improve safety (SOS, incident reporting), and to communicate with you. Location data is used primarily during active rides for safety and ride coordination. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Sharing

Your name and profile may be visible to organizers and other participants in rides you join. Location is shared only when you are in an active ride and have granted permission. We may share data as required by law or to protect safety.

Security and retention

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. We retain your information as long as your account is active and as needed for legal or safety purposes.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data. To delete your account, use the Delete account page or contact support@ridekruze.com.
