Welcome to Kruze. By downloading the application, organizing events, or participating in motorcycle group rides hosted on our platform, you agree to adhere to these operational guidelines, safety responsibilities, and community parameters.
1. Ride Safety & Personal Liability
⚠️ CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: ROAD SAFETY RESPONSIBILITY
Motorcycle riding is an inherently dangerous physical activity. Kruze provides software coordination tools, background route maps, and communication utilities. **Kruze does not assume any liability for physical injuries, road accidents, mechanical breakdowns, or legal infractions occurring during active rides.**
Every rider is solely responsible for maintaining their motorcycle in highway-safe conditions, wearing appropriate riding gear (ECE/DOT approved helmets, jackets, boots, gloves), carrying active insurance, and obeying the local motor vehicle regulations of India.
2. Organizer Authority & Code of Conduct
Kruze replaces chat chaos with structured administration. To ensure group safety, club organizers hold operational authority during rides:
- Organizer Directives: Riders must follow the navigation speed parameters, channel rules, and spacing directives declared by the designated Ride Leader and Sweep.
- Roster & RSVP Actions: Organizers maintain complete server-side authority to approve RSVPs, promote user ranks, or suspend riders from group events for unsafe riding practices.
- Conduct Rules: Unsafe behaviors, stunt riding, lane splitting, or operating under the influence will result in immediate suspension from the platform.
3. Account Registration & Mobile Telemetry
To access verified rides, you must register using active phone authentication:
- Single Identity: You agree to provide accurate registration parameters. Impersonating other riders, creating falsified accounts, or bypassing verification protocols is strictly prohibited.
- Location Consent: You grant Kruze explicit permission to monitor and broadcast your device coordinates to organizers in the background while participating in an active ride, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
4. Service Discontinuation & User Termination
SENTIENTKRUZE TECHNOLOGIES LLP reserves the right to suspend or block user accounts that violate safe riding policies, spam communication rooms, or compromise database security. You may delete your account at any time using our dedicated Account Deletion Portal.
